MAT PILATES |
The original Pilates method, focused on STRENGTH + CONDITIONING movements all on the Mat. Using body weight as the core mode of resistance, designed to sculpt, tone + strengthen all muscle groups, with extra emphasis on the core.

MAT PILATES | INFRARED HEATED
Taking your Mat Pilates movements to the next level using our gentle Infrared Heat Panels to increase the room temperature to between 28 - 30°c. Adding to the benefits of detoxification, increasing blood flow + stimulating flexibility and muscle release.

VINYASSA| INFRARED HEATED
Elevating the beauty of fluid movement in Vinyasa in a heated setting to create a modern blend of then gentle Infrared heat with the sequence of flows Vinyasa is renowned for. Room is set to between 28-30°c.
