  • ROOM HIRE

    Our FLOOR ROOM is available for PRIVATE HIRE for select events. Please reach out to us at hello@skuhlpt.com.au to discuss your event in further detail.

  • PREGNANCY

    We welcome PREGNANT clients at SKUHLPT with open arms. Before you attend, please get in touch to discuss any questions you may have. Our CLASS STYLES outline the Pregnancy Friendly (PF) classes for easy reference.

    [this is based on a healthy pregnancy at a gestation pre 20 weeks]

    For clients who wish to join Pilates post 20 weeks are advises to email to discuss their pregnancy before signing up.

  • INJURY

    Please let us know before commencing a class if you are injured or recently had surgery as you may require medical clearance prior to exercise.

    If you have minor injuries that may impact your ability to perform certain exercises, please let the teacher know before the class starts. Our Liability Waiver must be read and signed before attending your first class.

  • FIRST TIME

    Firstly, WELCOME, and well done for seeking ways to invest in SELF. You have come to the right place and we hope we can guide you to what you need before you start.

    We always recommend that you begin with our INTRO OFFER of 5 sessions for $65. This way you can get to know our studio, find a class style that suits you and your body, and carve out a ritual for your time with SELF.

    Any injuries or if you are pregnant, please ensure you read the appropriate sections within the FAQs to answer your questions.

    We are a sock only studio, so please bring along a pair of GRIP SOCKS for REFORMER and a TOWEL for our HEATED classes.

    We are a judgement free zone, so no egos or BS. Come as you are, we welcome you. Here is our COMMUNITY GUIDELINES for further information.

  • HOW LONG ARE CLASSES?

    REFORMER classes are 45 MINS

    MAT PILATES classes are 45 MINS

    YOGA classes are 50 MINS

    PRIVATE classes are 60 MINS

  • OVER 55

    We welcome ALL ages and ALL gender identities at SKUHLPT.

    If at any point you feel unsure or need assistance, please let our teacher know, they will be happy to assist.

    We recommend for your first class to try our FLOW BEGIN style as that is the perfect introduction to Pilates, in particular, REFORMER.

  • WHAT TO WEAR

    COMFORT is key! We do recommend fitted clothing and activewear. Loose clothing can get caught in the springs and the mechanics of the machine. It can also be a distraction for you in class if your clothes need constant readjustment. With that in mind, wear something that makes you feel good whilst you move!

    SOCKS are a must for Reformer classes. Grip socks for safety, which are available for purchase in the studio.

  • PILATES STYLE

    SKUHLPT is a Contemporary Pilates Studio which honour the fundamental Principals of Pilates :

    BREATHE / FLOW / CONTROL / CONCENTRATION / PRECISION / CENTERING.

    We offer manual correction and care about your technique and how your body positions itself within the shape of the exercise.

    We aim to make you STRONGER, FITTER and AGILE with the aim of SKUHLPTING your body throughout your journey.

  • FIFO

    We do offer FIFO memberships. Please get in in touch to discuss your needs.

    Our TEN PACKS are a fantastic option that allow for flexibility as well as our Holiday pases + packs for the moments where drop in is a little more manageable.
