Firstly, welcome to SKUHLPT! We’re so excited to welcome you to the space, and support you on your journey to invest in SELF.
If you’re new to the studio, we always recommend beginning with our Intro Offer. This allows you the flexibility to explore the space, the class styles and the timetable, to find what suits you best.
We pride ourselves on being a safe, supportive and judgement-free space. And so, we welcome you to come as you are, treat others with respect and join the (incredible) SKUHLPT community.

Wondering if you have to put your pilates obsession on pause? Mums-to-be, we’ve got you covered. We have a range of Pregnancy Friendly (PF) classes available at SKUHLPT, which you can find listed in our Class Styles page. Our class recommendations are based on a healthy pregnancy up to 20 weeks. We require clients who are 20+ weeks into their pregnancy to email hello@skuhlpt.com.au ahead of signing up to discuss the best options. If unsure, please reach out to your GP for advice, or find further useful information here.

Reformer & Mat Pilates classes run for 45 minutes.
Yoga classes run for 50 minutes.
Private sessions run for 60 minutes.
(And only a small section is taken up by doing planks. Maybe.)

We recommend fitted clothing and activewear to avoid getting caught in the Reformer springs or mechanisms. But ultimately, your comfort is key! And the best clothing is whatever will help you move through the class with ease.
For your safety, grip socks are essential for all Reformer classes. Bring a pair from home, or purchase a pair at the studio ahead of your class.
-
Sweat towels and water bottles are essential for all of our heated classes. We also have a filtered water station at the studio if you need a top-up.
Don’t own a yoga mat? No stress. We provide yoga mats in all necessary classes, so you can leave that part to us.
