The SKUHLPT SELF CHALLENGE is about transformation, consistency and persistence. Keeping accountable and showing up for SELF through committing to classes you have booked, trying out class styles you haven’t before and levelling up to push your mind + body for growth.

SKUHLPT Self Challenge details

  • Absolutely not. There will be two SKUHLPT team members there to guide + support you. One that will encourage + lead the run, and another there to manage the slower, recovery pace. All you have to do is follow what feels good for YOU.

  • Activewear that feels comfortable, and that you can run in. We do recommend fitted clothing that holds firm to the body, and is breathable.

    Running shoes are advised given we will be on uneven paths, and correct footwear does provide a more comfortable pace and overall experience.

  • We meet in the SKUHLPT car park at 7AM, where we set off on a simple warm up to the Rotary Park (next to the Hairy Marron) or the course our leader has planned. From there we share the theme of the run, which may be interval or jogging at a set pace. You can always opt to walk the whole way.

    A total of 45 mins from carpark to finish, with the option to do a Reformer class or join us for coffee afterwards.

  • Of course, you can bring anyone you like. You don't have to be a SKUHLPT member to be part of the club!
