Step into our Reformer Room and you’ll be greeted by 12 sleek Allegro 2 Reformers—think Rolls Royce of the Pilates world (yep, we said it… but we’ll let you be the judge). With just 12 spots, our classes stay intimate, giving you personalised attention and that feel-good group energy.

Our Floor Room? Same vibe. 12 mats, plenty of room to move, groove, and stay in sync. Just the right size for max vibes, minimal chaos. Let’s move!

And if you’re joining us for a heated class—get ready to glow. Our studio is gently warmed by infrared heat, reaching up to a toasty 30°C. It’s warmth with purpose: soothing, energising, and oh-so-good for your body.

FLOW | BEGINNER

This is where your love affair with Reformer begins. We take it nice and slow, introducing you to Pilates fundamentals and technique. You’ll find your balance (literally), while exploring your body’s strength and capabilities, with guided support every step of the way. 

BG | PF 

FLOW |

A mindful mix of moves that challenge flexibility and strength. We’ll flow between beginner and advanced levels, with the flexibility to adjust and meet the needs of your body throughout your practice. You’ll discover new positions, new strength and a love-hate relationship with light springs.

AL | PF 

STRENGTH |

Taking traditional Pilates to the next level. We’ll dial up the resistance and increase the burn using our range of Bala accessories, putting your muscles under even more tension. We’ll embrace the shakes and cramps with every count… and then do it all again on the other side.

INT 

JUMPBOARD |

Turn up the intensity with this cardio-focused, low impact Pilates class. A jumpboard replaces the footbar, for a mood-boosting session packed with energy and fun. Post-class jelly legs are expected—you’ve been warned.

Not recommended as a first Pilates class.

STRETCH |

Focus on breathwork, flexibility and active recovery, with slow and mindful movement. Incorporating the fundamentals of stretching, this full sensory experience is the perfect  relaxing ritual to close out your day. Accidentally falling asleep mid-stretch? A high possibility.

PF | AL

CARDIO |

Pick up the pace, with a blend of Pilates and heart rate-boosting moves. We’ll keep technique in focus while we ramp up intensity and tempo. You’ll bend, sweat and build endurance, finding that deeper strength with every hold, pulse and flex.  

MAT PILATES |

The original Pilates method, with a focus on strength and conditioning mat-based  movement. It’s a class designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen all muscle groups, with a strong focus on core—the best bit. We’ll keep props to a minimum, using body weight as our main form of resistance, and flow between controlled movements to build stamina and stability.

MAT PILATES | INFRARED HEATED

We’re turning up the heat on Mat Pilates. Our Infrared Heat Panels increase the room temperature to a steamy 28 - 30°C, stimulating flexibility, blood flow and muscle release as we flow through our practice. BYO water bottles and sweat towels. No, really.

VINYASA | INFRARED HEATED

Find the beauty in the fluid movement of Vinyasa. With a room temperature set between a steamy 28 - 30°C, we explore the balance, strength and breath of the renowned Vinyasa flow alongside Infrared heating. BYO water bottles and sweat towels. Trust us.

STRONG | MAT

A burn so good, you’ll love to hate it. We’ll bring on the shakes and build muscle with extra resistance (think dumbbells, power rings and the Bala Beam) to challenge our bodies that little bit more.

CIRCUIT | FLOOR

Switch it up with a mix of indoor-outdoor Pilates stations designed to keep you on your toes. We’ll keep your body guessing with a mix of high-dopamine exercises and time-focused Pilates moves.

HIT | FLOOR

It’s Pilates with extra spice. We’ll focus on lifting your heart rate and increasing the tempo, with high-intensity, time-based moves designed to push your body that little bit further. Not recommended for pregnant clients.
