we understand that life happens and there are times when we need to cancel our classes outside of the cancellation policy.
CLASS CANCELLATION
No less than SIX HOURS BEFORE the class start time. Anything outside of this will be deemed a Late Cancel or No Show (see fees + charges)
Unfortunately, we cannot waive our cancellation policy (we always waive the first one), no matter what the reason is.
If you are unwell / injured or hospitalised, we will require a medical certificate but outside of that, we will enforce the Late Cancel / No Show policy.
We appreciate your support + understanding when this occasion arises and encourage you to manage your bookings + cancellations via the App as soon as you know you are unlikely to attend your class. This allows others to join the session + also potentially avoiding a late cancel on your behalf.
CLASS CANCELLATION BY SKUHLPT
REFORMER classes require a minimum of THREE members for the class to run + FLOOR classes a minimum of FOUR members. If we are under these numbers, the session will be cancelled at a minimum TWO HOURS notice. Your class will be returned to your MOMENCE account - no fees will applied.
CHANGING CLASS TIMES LAST MINUTE
The Late Cancel policy applies if you decide to change your class time less than SIX HOURS prior to your class starting. Even if you attend the session before or after, or within the same day, it is still deemed a Late Cancel.
You will be given the option to either remain in your original class time, cancel it and receive the Late Cancel penalty or receive the late cancel penalty and purchase the session of your choice at a reduced rate of $20.
It is really important that we are aware of this BEFORE booking into any sessions. If you know your schedule may incur last minute changes, our recommendation is to book your sessions last minute to avoid any penalties. With that does come risk of not getting into popular classes.

SKUHLPT prides itself on being a sanctuary for SELF where our community can move without distraction.
Out of respect for our community members, children are not allowed in the studio during class time. This is also due to our insurance cover, and most importantly, for the safety of the child.
-
Phones can be distracting for the clients around you. If you work in an industry where you are “on call” please let the instructor know and we can make the exception.
All phones are to be on silent or aeroplane mode, and with your belongings on the bench.
