    CLASS / APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

we understand that life happens and there are times when we need to cancel our classes outside of the cancellation policy.

LATE CANCEL POLICY : no less than 9 hours BEFORE the class start time. anything outside of this will be deemed a Late Cancel or No Show (see fees + charges)

unfortunately, we cannot waive our cancellation policy (we always waive the first one), no matter what the reason is.

if you are unwell / injured or hospitalised, we will require a medical certificate but outside of that, we will enforce the Late Cancel / No Show policy.

we appreciate your support + understanding when this occasion arises and encourage you to manage your bookings + cancellations via the App as soon as you know you are unlikely to attend your class. this allows others to join the session + also potentially avoiding a late cancel on your behalf.

    CHANGING CLASS TIMES LAST MINUTE

the Late Cancel policy applies if you decide to change your class time less than 9 hours prior to your class starting. even if you attend the session before or after, or within the same day, it is still deemed a Late Cancel.

you will be given the option to either remain in your original class time, cancel it and receive the Late Cancel penalty or receive the late cancel penalty and purchase the session of your choice at a reduced rate of $18.

it is really important that we are aware of this BEFORE booking into any sessions. if you know your schedule may incur last minute changes, our recommendation is to book your sessions last minute to avoid any penalties. with that does come risk of not getting into popular classes.

    FEES + CHARGES

    LATE CANCELS / NO SHOWS

UNLIMITED (Foundation + Ultimate) members will be charged $18 per Late Cancel (less than 9 hours notice) / No Show*
